PRIVACY POLICY

Your photos and account data stay under your control.

This policy explains the data practices of the Nail Preview iOS app and its supporting website and cloud services.

Effective date: August 26, 2026

DATA WE PROCESS

Only what is needed to provide the product.

Account and identity information

If you create an account, we process your email address, account identifier, verification status, and—when provided through Sign in with Apple—your name. This information is linked to your account and used for authentication, account recovery, cloud sync, support, and account deletion.

Hand photos, generated images, and project content

Photos you import or capture are processed on your device for the basic preview. When you explicitly use cloud sync or request a photoreal AI result, the selected photo, generated result, nail geometry, project settings, and related files are uploaded to the service so the requested feature can run. This content is linked to your account or workspace.

Purchase information

Apple processes payment details. Nail Preview receives purchase and subscription status, product identifiers, transaction verification results, and entitlement history from StoreKit so it can unlock paid features, restore purchases, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and provide purchase support. We do not receive your full card or bank details.

Operational information

The app may create local diagnostics and synchronization events needed to recover failed work and help troubleshoot the service. We do not use your photos, project content, email address, or account identifier for advertising, cross-app tracking, or data brokerage.

HOW DATA IS USED

Functionality, security, and user-requested processing.

01

Provide the app

Authenticate users, save and synchronize workspaces, render previews, generate requested AI results, restore purchases, and deliver support.

02

Protect the service

Verify sessions and transactions, enforce access controls, prevent abuse, retry failed operations, and maintain service reliability.

03

Use service providers

Supabase supports authentication, database, and file storage. Apple provides Sign in with Apple and StoreKit. Hosting and AI-processing providers process only the data required to complete the feature you request.

04

No tracking

Nail Preview does not sell personal data and does not use collected data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

RETENTION AND DELETION

Delete from the app when you are finished.

How long data is kept

Cloud account and project data is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide requested features, resolve transactions, meet legal obligations, secure the service, or complete deletion and backup cycles. Local-only projects remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the app.

How to delete an account

Use the account deletion action inside Nail Preview. It requests deletion of the Supabase user and associated workspaces, projects, uploaded hand photos, and generated renders. You may also review the account deletion instructions or contact support. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, transaction integrity, or law.

Your choices

You can use local preview features without sending a photo to the AI pipeline, decline optional photo access, avoid cloud sync, sign out, delete individual content, or delete your account. Requests may be sent through the support page.

WEBSITE

The marketing site does not accept hand photos.

The public website does not request camera, microphone, photo-library, precise location, or project-file access. Basic security and hosting logs may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.

OTHER TERMS

Security, children, and policy updates.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted network transport, scoped storage paths, transaction verification, and account authentication designed to protect data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Nail Preview is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided data so it can be reviewed and deleted.

International processing

Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are used.

Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated. For privacy or support requests, email canpolatyigit@outlook.com.
